Door Supervisors

Safehouse Security provides security services to licensed premises or events and also to other companies, organisations and licensees employing their own door supervisors, with the main tasks of controlling entry and maintaining good order and public safety.  We carry out Risk Assessments, Site Surveys and Venue instructions annually on all our Venues.

All our Door Supervisors are fully licensed by SIA (Security Industry Authority), as required by the law.  We also have public liability insurance which is an essential cover plan needed in the security industry.  We provide ourselves on being the premier promoters of Door Supervisors in Sheffield as our service is rated second to none

Static / Retail Guards

All our staff are fully trained and licensed.  We operate on building sites and retail centres throughout South Yorkshire providing a high calibre security service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.  Our company install electronic check points around the perimeter or other high risk areas to your specification, these points are used to log patrol points and times by the security guard.  Frequency and patrols points can be specified by you, thus ensuring your requirements are met.  We carry out site surveys, risk assessments and venue instructions annually on all our venues.

What happens when your alarm goes off?

Safehouse Security will provide you with a service that will hold your keys and respond to your alarm. Alarms without response are just a noise, Safehouse Security will provide a trained, licensed uniformed Security guard which will patrol your premises for you and investigate the cause of the alarm activation.

If the cause is a false alarm the Security guard will make a full check of the premises, reset the alarm and then secure the premises once again.

In the event of it being more serious the security guard will follow his training and call the necessary emergency services, this can be liaising with the police and also emergency repair companies.

By using Safehouse Security you eliminate any potential danger and worrying situations of your staff responding to alarm activation.

Approved Training Centre

Safehouse Security is the 100% shareholder of a subsidiary company called “Safehouse Training”, which is a BIIAB approved training provider.  Safehouse Training offer a 4 day SIA approved classroom based course in National Certificate fro Door Supervisor, with a written examination in accordance with SIA.

SIA Training

As of September 2005, all Door Supervisors are required to carry a current SIA (Security Industry Authority) Licence, to register for this licence you need a qualification in Level 2 National Certificate for Door Supervisor.

Safehouse Training offers this 4 day course in Sheffield. We also offer a generic Conflict Management course.

CCTV Monitoring

Safehouse Security operates CCTV Monitoring Security with in depth business monitoring expertise innovative methods and reliability that can make your business and home secure against danger.

We operate CCTV Monitoring via a control room 24/7. CCTV Monitoring is highly successful in reducing as well as detecting crime, malpractice and theft through effective CCTV surveillance.

Safehouse Security have trained licensed officers that will monitor 24/7 from the control room, the systems also include voice activation which will deter any intruders from entering any further.

In case of emergency, Safehouse Security can respond to the premises or alternatively we can contact a key holder of your choice to notify them and arrange to meet them at the location.
